Before and After Care
Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, Canal Winchester Schools will partner with Healthy Kids to offer before- and after-school care for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
Healthy Kids has been providing childcare programs in communities across the country since 2007. We’re proud to bring their experience and energy to our schools. The program will be held at Winchester Trail Elementary and will be open to students from both Indian Trail and Winchester Trail.
Program hours:
- Before school: 7 a.m. to the start of the school day
- After school: From dismissal until 6 p.m.
During the program, students can get homework help, stay active, learn new skills, make friends, and have fun in a safe, supportive space.
Program costs:
Before school care
- Four to five days per week: $233 per month
- Two to three days per week: $177 per month
- One day per week: $108 per month
- Drop-in: $25 per day
After school care
- Four to five days per week: $233 per month
- Two to three days per week: $177 per month
- One day per week: $108 per month
- Drop-in: $25 per day
