PowerSchool – PowerSchool is the central platform for everything we do. Every parent has a PowerSchool account. This is where you complete back-to-school and other forms, update important information like your address, email address, and phone number, check grades, and enroll new students.

ParentSquare – This is our communication platform. Everything from emergency communication to snow day announcements to building, classroom, and team news can be shared through ParentSquare. ParentSquare can also be used to fill out forms, volunteer, donate supplies, sign up for parent-teacher conferences, and send messages to school staff.
For the 2023-2024 school year, ParentSquare is used building-wide in grades 3-12. Beginning in 2024-2025, it will be used in preschool through 12th grade.

Class Dojo – ClassDojo is the classroom-to-home communication tool for Indian Trail Elementary for the 2023-2024 school year. Indian Trail Elementary will begin using ParentSquare in 2024-2025.

PaySchools – PaySchools is our financial system for families. You can use PaySchools to add money to lunch accounts, apply for free and reduced lunch, and pay participation fees for sports and clubs. Families can also visit PaySchools to pay the Chromebook protection fee, hs parking permit fee, field trip costs, and competition fees.

Canvas – Canvas is our Learning Management System for 6th through 12th grades. Parents can use Canvas to keep on top of grades and assignments for their students.

Google Classroom – Google Classroom is our Learning Management System for Kindergarten through 5th grades. To receive updates from Google Classroom, contact your student’s teacher to ask to be added as a guardian and receive an invitation to receive summaries.

FinalForms – FinalForms is our online form tool for athletics. All student-athletes must complete and sign all forms in FinalForms to practice or compete on a Canal Winchester Schools team. You can also upload the required OHSAA Physical completed by your child’s doctor annually.
